Part of our project is also introducing Czech tradition to our students. That is why we celebrated with the children the Saint Nicholas Day at Lincoln Green Community Center. We were really pleased about the number of children who do not attend our school regularly who came to celebrate this beautiful tradition with us. Those who came could have enjoyed many activities and obviously the real treat was the magical trio of Nicholas and his two companions - angel and devil. All children then recieved a small present in return of promising that they would be good for the rest of the year.

- a community project that aims to help Czech citizens living in the United Kingdom
Recently, the representatives of Minos2020
have met with the Czech Prime Minister at the Czech Embassy in London to discuss the issues connected with Brexit and assuring legal rights to the Czech citizens. The project focuses on diminishing potential exodus of 30 000 Czech people from socially challenged communities to the Czech Republic. It may result in adverse conditions for adults, but especially for children who would be removed from their social surrounding which can negatively affect their future development.
